Recruitment Rally for enrollment of 600 Portors for Army Porter

A gathering will take place from April 28th to April 30th, 2023 in Uri, organized by the 16 SIKH LI/HQ 161 Infantry Brigade, located in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Eligibility Conditions:

Individual to be citizen of India.

Medically Fit.

Should be between 18 years to 40 years of age.

Pay scale Rs.18000/- Basic Pay, DA & Field allowance as applicable.

Document Required

To apply for the porter position, you need to submit an application form along with six passport-size photographs and two stamp-size photographs.

Additionally, you must provide a Next of Kin Certificate attested by a Sarpanch with photographs, a Character Certificate signed by Sarpanch/SHO/Gazetted, an Agreement Contractual Employment, a Police verification form signed by police authority, and a Medical Certificate form also signed by police authority.

You will also need to provide your Date of Birth and an NEFT mandate from a Bank Authority.

You must bring the original and five photocopies of your Voter Identity Card, Ration Card & Aadhaar Card, which must be attested by a Sarpanch.

If you are from the following Districts/Tehsil, you should be present at Uri Military Station, Daggar Sport Ground in front of Arm Goodwill School on the following days:

Physical & Medical Examination of all candidates will take place from April 28th to April 30th, 2023.

Documentation of candidates from all districts of J&K will take place on April 30th, 2023. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the reserve day is April 30th, 2023.

Note: Gate will be closed by 1000 Hrs. No entry thereafter.
