JKBOSE Issues Notification for Submission of Internal Assessment Awards for Class 12th, Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2025
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important notification for all Government and Private educational institutions functioning in the Kashmir Division (Soft and Hard Zone), including Kargil. Heads of Institutions are directed to submit the Internal Assessment Awards of eligible candidates of HSE-II (Class 12th) Annual Private/Bi-Annual, 2025 session.
According to the notification, the Internal Assessment Awards must be submitted to the concerned Divisional Secrecy/Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE on or before 04-08-2025. The compiled awards must then be sent to the Office of Deputy Secretary, Secrecy-IIIrd, K.D. by or before 06-08-2025.
Key Instructions for Heads of Institutions:
- Marks must be awarded on the prescribed format(s) available on the official JKBOSE website www.jkbose.nic.in.
- Awards should be clear, legible, and free from overwriting, cutting, or use of correction fluid.
- The internal assessment awards must be submitted in duplicate, against complete examination Roll Nos., duly signed by the subject examiner and attested by the Head of Institution.
- Institutions must maintain proper records of internal assessments signed by the concerned teacher, Examination In-charge, and Head of Institution for future reference.
- It is mandatory to submit the awards within the stipulated time frame. Late submissions may attract penalties as per Board norms.
- Any errors or discrepancies in submission will hold the concerned institution responsible.
Heads of Institutions are urged to adhere strictly to these guidelines to avoid any inconvenience to students or stakeholders.
