
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially released the notification regarding the submission of online examination forms for the Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) Annual (Regular) Session October–November 2025. This notification is applicable to the students of Kashmir Division of UT of J&K, excluding district Kargil of UT Ladakh.
All eligible students currently on rolls in Class 10th in JKBOSE-affiliated academic institutions are required to submit their examination forms online through the official JKBOSE website – www.jkbose.nic.in – within the prescribed schedule.
Important Dates for Submission of Exam Forms
Students must carefully note the schedule for form submission with and without late fees.
With Normal Fee
- Opening Date of Link: 02 September 2025
- Closing Date of Link: 15 September 2025
Fee Structure (Normal Fee):
- Candidates with 5 compulsory subjects – Rs. 1240/-
- Candidates with additional/optional subjects (5+) – Rs. 1460/-
With Late Fee
Students who fail to submit the examination form within the normal fee period can apply with a late fee as per the following schedule:
First Late Fee Slab
- Dates: 16 September 2025 to 22 September 2025
- Late Fee: Rs. 810/-
- Total Fee:
- For 5 subjects – Rs. 2050/-
- For 5+ subjects – Rs. 2270/-
Second Late Fee Slab
- Dates: 23 September 2025 to 29 September 2025
- Late Fee: Rs. 2085/-
- Total Fee:
- For 5 subjects – Rs. 3325/-
- For 5+ subjects – Rs. 3545/-
Instructions & Guidelines
- Checklist Generation:
After completing the online service, institutions must generate a checklist from their respective school accounts. This checklist should be signed and stamped by the Head of Institution and submitted to the Sub/Branch office within 10 days positively. - Queries & Support:
For any query, students or Heads of institutions can approach the Sub/Branch offices of BOSE. They can also send queries via email at computercellkd@gmail.com. - Eligibility:
Only those academic institutions affiliated with JKBOSE for the academic session 2024–25 are eligible to fill examination forms. - Instructions/FAQs:
Detailed guidelines and FAQs are available on the official JKBOSE website. Students and stakeholders are advised to carefully read them before filling the forms. - Specially-Abled Candidates:
Candidates with 40% or more disability are exempted from paying the examination fee. However, they must:- Take a printout of the submitted online form.
- Get it attested by the Head of their institution.
- Submit it at the concerned Sub/Branch office of JKBOSE along with a valid Disability Certificate issued by the Medical Board.
