Subject: Conduct of Annual (Regular) Examination 2025 for Class 10th & Syllabus Relaxation
It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Annual (Regular) Examination 2025 for Class 10th students of Jammu & Kashmir shall commence from 3rd November 2025.
As per the approved schedule, the timing of all papers shall be from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Approximately 95,000 students are expected to appear in the said examination.

Syllabus Relaxation
In view of the academic disruptions caused by the prolonged heat wave, torrential rains, cloudbursts, and floods, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has granted a 15% relaxation in syllabus for Class 10th students.
Accordingly, attempting 85% of the syllabus shall be deemed equivalent to 100% for evaluation purposes.
All concerned institutions, students, and parents are advised to take note of the above schedule and prepare accordingly.
