NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned Assistant Secretaries, Incharge Officers, Sub/Branch Offices falling in the jurisdiction of Winter Zone Areas of Jammu province that all the concerned Heads of the Higher Secondary Schools (Govt./Pvt.) of Winter Zone Areas of Jammu Division shall issue Admit Cards (Roll Numbers) pertaining to Higher Secondary Examination Part-I (Class 11th) and Higher Secondary Examination Part-II (Class 12th) Annual Regular Session October–November 2025, to only those Re-appear/Failure students of Annual Regular 2025 examination who were provisionally admitted as per the norms and have now qualified all five compulsory subjects, as notified vide Notification No: PS/JSE/Exams/HSP-I/II/Reg-WZ/2025 dated 10-09-2025, issued by Joint Secretary, Exams, JD.
Further, the concerned Heads of Institutions and the Superintendents appointed in the centres of examination shall ensure that no ineligible candidate, who was provisionally admitted but could not qualify in Bi-Annual 2025 examination, in any case, be allowed to sit in the said examinations.
Any deviation from the guidelines shall warrant strict disciplinary action from the competent authority.
